Warranty & Defect Policy for Meadow Creek Mounts Parts
We stand by all mounts manufactured by Meadow Creek Mounts. If there is ever an issue, we will fix it. Send requests to warranty@meadowcreekmounts.com.
Be sure to include your name, shipping address, order number (if available), and a description of the defect. Please be detailed so that we can streamline the replacement. Being as detailed as possible in describing what is wrong will help both us and you.
Warranty Policy for Third Party Products
Third Party products sold by Meadow Creek Mounts such as optics (reflex red/green dots etc.) carry their own warranty through the manufacturer. We only sell optics brands that we have personally tested, trust, and come with what we feel are acceptable warranties. Each company has different rules as far as warranty goes so please contact the manufacturer if a warranty issue arrives. We understand time is of the essence during hunting seasons, and will do our best to exchange optics out on a case by case basis.
